Do we provide custom manufacturing for pet products?
Yes. We provide full OEM & ODM services for collars, leashes, harnesses, pet clothing, toys, travel products and lifestyle accessories. Your designs, tech packs or reference samples can be submitted for professional evaluation.
Can we apply your brand logo on products?
Yes. We support embroidery, rubber patch, woven label, heat transfer printing, silk screen printing, webbing jacquard and metal logo plates.
Do we provide samples before bulk orders?
Yes. Development and pre-production samples are provided for approval before mass production begins.
Why is a sample fee required?
The fee covers structure review, custom material sourcing, logo and accessory development, pattern making, prototype assembly, inspection and courier shipment. For selected in-stock structures, the fee may be reduced.
What is our typical lead time?
Samples typically take 7-15 days. Bulk production lead time is generally 25-45 days depending on order complexity and volume.
Do we support small batch and testing programs?
Yes. Flexible MOQs are available, especially for new and growing brands looking to test the market before scaling up.
