All manufacturing services, including OEM and ODM arrangements, are subject to separate manufacturing agreements. Quotes, samples, and production specifications require written confirmation.

Sample fees and production deposits are non-refundable
Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply to all custom manufacturing
Lead times are estimates and subject to production capacity

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their designs, logos, and brand materials. Bestone Pet Products retains rights to manufacturing processes and technical improvements developed during production.

6 Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.
