Why is a sample fee required?
The fee covers structure review, custom material sourcing, logo and accessory development, pattern making, prototype assembly, inspection and courier shipment. For selected in-stock structures, the fee may be reduced. This investment ensures you receive high-quality samples that accurately represent your final product.
What is your typical lead time?
Our typical lead times are:
- Samples: 7-15 days
- Bulk production: 25-45 days

Which payment terms do you support?
We support T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), PayPal, and L/C (Letter of Credit). Our team can work with you to determine the most suitable payment method based on your order size and business requirements.
